Acrylic Melaphone

The Himacs Acrylic resin Melaphone is fitted with a Polycarbonate Guard which has a very high impact strength thereby providing a considerable degree of physical security against assault and snatch. It is easily cleanable and disinfected. It has been used extensively in NHS hospitals, COVID test stations, Doctors surgeries and even installed on driver bus windows. Fully tested to ISO14644-1 Class 5

The resonating diaphragm allows enhanced speech hearing but completely prevents transmission of airborne viruses and pathogens.
