AKN66 is a blend of Natural Rubber (NR) and Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) reinforced with one or more plies of embedded fabric lattice which helps to prevent tearing.

Chloroprene, generically known as Neoprene, has more resistance than natural rubber to sunlight, ozone and oxidation. It has good resistance to heat and does not soften as natural rubber does under severe exposure. It has moderate resistance to petroleum based products other than aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons.

Acrylonitrile – Butadiene Rubber (NBR) generally known as Nitrile, has excellent resistance to water, oil, fuel and other petroleum products. It does not, however, possess good resistance to ozone, sunlight or weather.
