Our Extension Stands are designed to save our customers even more. By adding these units to our existing Single Unit Stands the installation can accommodate multiple Air-Con Units. The extension stands require only 2 feet pads as they are attached and supported by fitting to either end of our standalone units. As many multiples as required can be added to a run length

Fall Protection Panels are required where there is a danger of personnel falling onto fragile roof surfaces, usually adjacent to existing or proposed walkway. Evowalk fall protection panels are constructed in wider sections to spread any possible fall load over any fragile roof surfaces. We can supply these in any colour and advise that part of the design includes a contrasting colour (usually red) to show a demarcation line from any actual walkway sections

Evorail Front Fix is a bespoke product, generally used when roof space is an issue and a parapet system cannot be used. This system is extremely flexible and can be adapted to provide a solution if our more popular versions cannot be used. It can be used to address a variety of applications, such as; * Too much plant or ducting on the roof to allow adequate space for freestanding guardrail. * Standing Seam, Composite or Built up roof. * To avoid the weight or loadings on the roof. * When the parapet wall has additional plant, walkways or existing fixtures. All of the system screw fixings are grade A2 stainless steel, the posts and rails have an extra smooth galvanized finish which is far superior to rival hot dipped products. It's easier to install with pre-galvanised 2mm tube and has telescopic adjustable legs to compensate for any rise and fall on the roof surface. To help the environment, our 20kg counterbalance weights are made from re-cycled rubber

We supply many types of metal ladders to any customer specification. The most common is probably our "Hooped Ladder" as this enables personnel to ascend to rooftop height in total safety. We can easily add platforms within a ladder system at intervals to conform with Working at Height regulations. Any of the ladders we produce can be incorporated into our Evorail roof guardrail range to provide a one stop solution to all roof safety requirements

Evorail Non Trip is our latest version and "top of the range" product. It has the sleek lines of our radius range but with shorter counterbalance legs that prevent any possible trip hazard when walking close to the guardrail. Pitched roofs are easily handled in the Evowalk system. Whether the need is for walkway up to the roof apex or transverse across the roof Evowalk is the solution. We can supply Evowalk pitched roof walkway for Standing Seam, Composite, Built-up...in fact any roof type available. For transverse sections we supply levelling brackets, tailor made for the roof pitch, and of course all Evowalk systems can be combined with our Evorail guardrail range to provide a total solution for all roof safety and access requirements. Depending on the roof type, either our EVS standing seam clamp or EV composite roof clamp is used. This method significantly reduces fitting times, a major cost consideration when budgeting for either walkway or guardrail

We can supply Evowalk plastic walkway for all major types of Membrane roofing systems, as well as concrete, asphalt and timber surfaces. To ensure that the roof surface is not damaged we supply what we term "skis". These fit under the regular I beam sections to spread the load of the walkway and maintain the integrity of the membrane. Evowalk for Membrane roofs is fitted with weights which keep the walkway in position, so that no screw fixings are required. Corners and T sections are easily managed

Evorail Radius has proved to be a great addition to the Evorail family. It is a sleek and streamline system with a 925mm curved radius upright, which provides extra protection by keeping people further away from the edge of the roof. The overall aesthetic impact on any building is minimal at worst, enhancing at best. The Radius system can also be adapted into a 3 rail system for additional protection.
