JSW, Arburg, Tederic, Electronica,  etc. ranging from 45 to 550 tons with the ability to process all grades of engineering plastic materials.

Aktis is the one stop shop for all your moulding needs right from the concept, detailed design, tooling, manufacturing, assembly and packaging – helping customers bring their products from concept to completion.

Our tooling and component prices are 30 to 40% cheaper than UK cost. Our turnaround time for a multiple cavity tool design and manufacturing is as low as 4 weeks.

We can manufacture low volume (few hundred pieces) to high volume (10s of thousands) of parts.

Aktis offers part assembly and testing services which include durability testing using custom made fixtures, dynamic testing, pull tests, drop tests, leak tests, burst tests etc...
