  1. LTC1059 - High Performance Switched Capacitor Universal Filter

LTC1059 - High Performance Switched Capacitor Universal Filter
The LTC®1059 consists of a general purpose, high performance, active filter building block and an uncommitted op amp. The filter building block together with an external clock and 2 to 5 resistors can produce various 2nd order functions which are available at its three output pins. Two out of three always provide lowpass and bandpass functions while the third output pin can produce notch or highpass or allpass. The center frequency of these functions can be tuned from 0.1Hz to 40kHz and is dependent on an external clock or an external clock and a resistor ratio. The filter can handle input frequencies up to 100kHz. The uncommitted op amp can be used to obtain additional allpass and notch functions, for gain adjustment or for cascading techniques.Higher than 2nd order filter functions can be obtained by cascading the LTC1059 with the LTC1060 dual universal filter or the LTC1061 triple universal filter. Any classical filter realization (such as Butterworth, Cauer, Bessel and Chebyshev) can be formed. The LTC1059 can be operated with single or dual supplies ranging from ±2.37V to ±8V (or 4.74V to 16V single supply). The LTC1059 is manufactured by using Linear Technology?s enhanced LTCMOS? silicon gate process.
  2. LTC1150 - ±15V Zero-Drift Operational Amplifier with Internal Capacitors

    LTC1150 - ±15V Zero-Drift Operational Amplifier with Internal Capacitors
The LTC®1150 is a high-voltage, high-performance zero-drift operational amplifier. The two sample-and-hold capacitors usually required externally by other chopper amplifiers are integrated on-chip. Further, LTC's proprietary high-voltage CMOS structures allow the LTC1150 to operate at up to 32V total supply voltage. The LTC1150 has an offset voltage of 0.5µV, drift of 0.01µV/°C, 0.1Hz to 10Hz input noise voltage of 1.8µVP-P and a typical voltage gain of 180dB. The slew rate of 3V/µs and a gain bandwidth productof 2.5MHz are achieved with 0.8mA of supply current. Overload recovery times from positive and negative saturation conditions are 3ms and 20ms, respectively. For applications demanding low power consumption, Pin 1 can be used to program the supply current. Pin 5 is an optional AC-coupled clock input, useful for synchronization. The LTC1150 is available in standard 8-lead, plastic dual-in-line package, as well as an 8-lead SO package. The LTC1150 can be a plug-in replacement for most standard bipolar op amps with significant improvement in DC performance.
  3. LTC3128 - 3A Monolithic Buck-Boost Supercapacitor Charger and Balancer with Accurate Input Current Limit

LTC3128 - 3A Monolithic Buck-Boost Supercapacitor Charger and Balancer with Accurate Input Current Limit
The LTC®3128 is a highly efficient, buck-boost DC/DC supercapacitor charger. It operates efficiently from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage. The LTC3128 incorporates accurate programmable average input current limit, active charge balancing and programmable maximum capacitor voltage. This combination of features makes the LTC3128 ideal for safely charging and protecting large capacitors in backup power systems. The input current limit and maximum capacitor voltage are each programmed using a single resistor. Average input current is accurately controlled over a 0.5A to 3A programmable range while the individual maximum capacitor voltage can be set from 1.8V to 3.0V. Other features of the LTC3128 include <2ΜA quiescent current from VOUT in Burst Mode®operation, accurate power-good and power failure indicators, and thermal overload protection. The LTC3128 is offered in low profile, thermally enhanced 20-Lead 4mm × 5mm × 0.75mm QFN and 24-Lead TSSOP packages.
  4. LTC3225 - 150mA Supercapacitor Charger

    LTC3225 - 150mA Supercapacitor Charger
The LTC3225/LTC3225-1 are programmable supercapacitor chargers designed to charge two supercapacitors in series to a selectable fixed output voltage (4.8V/5.3V for the LTC3225 and 4V/4.5V for the LTC3225-1) from input supplies as low as 2.8V to 5.5V. Automatic cell balancing prevents overvoltage damage to either supercapacitor. No balancing resistors are required. Low input noise, low quiescent current and low external parts count (one flying capacitor, one bypass capacitor at VIN and one programming resistor) make the LTC3225/ LTC3225-1 ideally suited for small battery-powered applications. Charge current level is programmed with an external resistor. When the input supply is removed, the LTC3225/ LTC3225-1 automatically enter a low current state, drawing less than 1ΜA from the supercapacitors. The LTC3225/LTC3225-1 are available in a 10-lead 2mm × 3mm DFN package.
  5. LTC3226 - 2-Cell Supercapacitor Charger with Backup PowerPath Controller

LTC3226 - 2-Cell Supercapacitor Charger with Backup PowerPath Controller
The LTC®3226 is a 2-cell series supercapacitor charger with a backup PowerPath controller. It includes a charge pump supercapacitor charger with programmable output voltage, a low dropout regulator, and a power-fail comparator for switching between normal and backup modes. The constant input current supercapacitor charger is designed to charge two supercapacitors in series to a resistor-programmable output voltage from a 2.5V to 5.3V input supply. The charger input current limit is programmable by an external resistor at up to 315mA. The internal backup LDO is powered from the supercapacitors and provides up to 2A peak output current with an adjustable output voltage. When the input supply falls below the power-fail threshold, the LTC3226 automatically enters a backup state in which the supercapacitors power the output through the LDO. The input supply power-fail voltage level is programmed by an external resistor divider. Low input noise, low quiescent current and a compact footprint make the LTC3226 ideally suited for small, batterypowered applications. Internal current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry allow the device to survive a continuous short-circuit from the PROG or CPO pins to ground.
  6. LTC3625 - 1A High Efficiency 2-Cell Supercapacitor Charger with Automatic Cell Balancing

LTC3625 - 1A High Efficiency 2-Cell Supercapacitor Charger with Automatic Cell Balancing
