  1. LT6656 - 1?A Precision Series Voltage Reference

    LT6656 - 1?A Precision Series Voltage Reference
The LT®6656 is a tiny precision voltage reference that draws less than 1ΜA of supply current and can operate with a supply voltage within 10mV of the output voltage. The LT6656 offers an initial accuracy of 0.05% and temperature drift of 10ppm/°C. The combined low power and precision characteristics are ideal for portable and battery powered instrumentation. The LT6656 can supply up to 5mA of output drive with 65ppm/mA of load regulation, allowing it to be used as the supply voltage and the reference input to a low power ADC. The LT6656 can accept a supply voltage up to 18V and withstand the reversal of the input connections. The LT6656 output is stable with 1ΜF or larger output capacitance and operates with a wide range of output capacitor ESR. This reference is fully specified for operation from -40°C to 85°C, and is functional over the extreme temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Low hysteresis and a consistent temperature drift are obtained through advanced design, processing and packaging techniques. The LT6656 is offered in the 6-lead SOT-23, (2mm × 2mm) DFN, and 8-lead LS8 Packages. The LS8 is a 5mm × 5mm surface mount hermetic package that provides outstanding stability.
  2. LT6660 - Tiny Micropower Precision Series References in 2mm x 2mm DFN

    LT6660 - Tiny Micropower Precision Series References in 2mm x 2mm DFN
The LT6660 is a family of micropower series references that combine high accuracy and low drift with low power dissipation and extremely small package size. These series references use curvature compensation to obtain low temperature coefficient, and laser trimmed precision thin-film resistors to achieve high output accuracy. The LT6660 will supply up to 20mA with excellent line regulation characteristics, making it ideal for precision regulator applications. The LT6660 family of series references provide supply current and power dissipation advantages over shunt references that must idle the entire load current to operate. Additionally, the LT6660 does not require an output compensation capacitor. This feature is important in applications where PC board space is a premium, fast settling is demanded, or total capacitance must be kept to a minimum, as in intrinsic safety applications. Reverse-battery protection keeps these references from conducting reverse current.
  3. LT6700 - Micropower, Low Voltage, Dual Comparator with 400mV Reference

LT6700 - Micropower, Low Voltage, Dual Comparator with 400mV Reference
The LT6700/LT6700HV combine two micropower, low voltage comparators with a 400mV reference in a 6-lead SOT-23 or tiny DFN package. Operating with supplies from 1.4V up to 18V, these devices draw only 6.5ΜA, making them ideal for low voltage system monitoring. Hysteresis is included in the comparators, easing design requirements to insure stable output operation. The comparators each have one input available externally; the other inputs are connected internally to the reference. The comparator outputs are open collector and the output load can be referred to any voltage up to 18V (36V for LT6700HV), independent of supply voltage. The output stage sinking capability is guaranteed to be greater than 5mA over temperature. The three versions of this part differ by the polarity of the available comparator inputs. The LT6700-1/ LT6700HV-1 has one inverting input and one noninverting input, making it suitable for use as a window comparator. The LT6700-2/LT6700HV-2 has two inverting inputs and the LT6700-3/LT6700HV-3 has two noninverting inputs. All versions are offered in commercial, industrial and automotive temperature ranges.

Operating with supplies from 1.4V up to 18V, these devices draw only 6.5ΜA, making them ideal for low voltage system monitoring. Hysteresis is included in the comparator, ensuring stable operation. The comparator has one input available externally while the other input is connected internally to the reference. The comparator output is open collector and the output load can be referred to any voltage up to 18V (36V for LT6703HV) independent of supply voltage. The output stage has a guaranteed current sink capability of more than 5mA over temperature. The two versions of this part differ by the polarity of the available comparator input. The LT6703-2/LT6703HV-2 has an inverting input and the LT6703-3/LT6703HV-3 has a noninverting input. Both versions are offered in commercial, industrial and automotive temperature ranges.
  5. LT685 - High Speed Comparator

    LT685 - High Speed Comparator
The LT™685 is an ultrafast comparator with differential inputs and complementary outputs fully compatible with ECL logic levels. The output current capability is adequate for driving transmission lines terminated in 50 Ohm. The low input offset and high resolution make this comparator ideally suited for analog-to-digital signal processing applications. A latch function is provided to allow the comparator to be used in a sample-hold mode. When the latch enable input is ECL high, the comparator functions normally. When the latch enable is driven low, the comparator outputs are locked in their existing logical states. If the latch function is not used, the latch enable must be connected to ground or ECL high. The device is pin-compatible with the Am685. Hysteresis has been added to improve switching time with slow input signals as well as to minimize oscillation. A single resistor between the hysteresis pin and V? adds input hysteresis voltage as more current is drawn. If hysteresis is not required, the pin can be left unconnected.

  9. LT8309 - Secondary-Side Synchronous Rectifier Driver

    LT8309 - Secondary-Side Synchronous Rectifier Driver
The LT®8309 is a secondary-side synchronous rectifier driver that replaces the output rectifier diode in a flyback topology. By replacing the diode with a N-channel MOSFET, applications are no longer restricted by the heat constraints of the output diode. The IC replicates the behavior of a diode by sensing the drain-to-source voltage to determine when the current becomes negative. The LT8309's low minimum on- and off-times help improve noise immunity. The fast propagation delay of 26ns allows applications to operate in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and critical conduction mode (CrCM). The gate driver features a 0.8O pull-down device for fast turn-offs. The 40V VCC rating allows the part to be driven from the output voltage or the rectified drain voltage of the MOSFET. A low quiescent current of 400ΜA maximizes efficiency at low output currents.
  10. LT8410 - Ultralow Power Boost Converter with Output Disconnect

LT8410 - Ultralow Power Boost Converter with Output Disconnect
The LT8410/LT8410-1 are ultralow power boost converters with integrated power switch, Schottky diode and output disconnect circuitry. The parts control power delivery by varying both the peak inductor current and switch off-time. This control scheme results in low output voltage ripple as well as high efficiency over a wide load range. The quiescent current is a low 8.5ΜA, which is further reduced to 0ΜA in shutdown. The internal disconnect circuitry allows the output voltage to be blocked from the input during shutdown. High value (12.4M/0.4M) resistors are integrated on chip for output voltage detection, significantly reducing input referred quiescent current. The LT8410/-1 also features a comparator built into the SHDN pin, over voltage protection for the CAP and VOUT pins, built in soft-start and comes in a tiny 8-pin 2mm × 2mm DFN package.
