Arrow Medical Ltd offers a complete contract medical manufacturing process. This includes  sterile patient sets, laparoscopy packs,  breathing equipment, sealing applications and complex products for cardiology and orthopaedics.

Arrow Medical’s 15,000 sq ft facility includes duplex class 10,000 J clean room facilities which provide manual and semi-automated product assembly, sterile packaging, packaging validation, and pre-production  trials. This is supported by textile assembly,  packaging,  labelling, with full process validation.  Arrow Medical provides a full turnkey service, from production engineering through manufacture, to delivery direct to your customer.

Arrow Medical's production processes include combinations of electronics with polymer moulding, radio frequency (RF) welding, textile, film and fabric assembly, clean room assembly and sterile packaging supported by secure logistics systems with warehousing and approved global shipping status with quality approvals including BSEN IS0 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 13485:2003 to FDA GMP standards.
