ATL Money Transfer is owned and operated by AGPAYTECH LTD who are authorised by a UK Government Agency (the Financial Conduct Authority) as a Payments Institution. ATL has established branches in the EU. At present we have branches in France and the Netherlands. We will soon have branches in Germany and Italy.
