Using the latest CNC technology, AVPE [Avon Valley Precision Engineering] manufactures high-quality precision engineered components for the Aerospace and Defence sectors along with other key sectors, supplying Prime, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.

AVPE established in 1997 mainly operates in the Aerospace & Defence sectors. Operating from a 2,500 sq. m facility, AVPE manufactures components for Production and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) with rapid response “Fast Shop” capability.

AVPE will provide its customer full manufacturing design support for new programmes, utilizing its many years of manufacturing design experience. AVPE use Catia v5 and Edge-Cam for 3D modelling to support our latest 5 Axis machining capability. Our engineers can draw, programme and manufacture prototypes for customer approval, within a Fast Shop environment.

AVPE’s flexible manufacturing process offers high service levels for the MRO market. Our AoG service levels are 24/7 and vary from same day for parts held in finished inventory, to 72 hours for parts requiring simple surface treatments, to 2 weeks where the surface treatment specification includes heat treatment or hard surfacing.
