C&P Training Services Ltd, part of C&P Group Holdings Ltd, operates an approved and certified CompEx, Electrical and Industrial training centre. We are leaders in providing specialist accredited electrical and industrial courses that are designed to ensure delegates gain the industry knowledge, competency, know-how, understanding as well as practical skills required.

Our CompEx Training Centre provides training and assessment for Electrical, Instrument & Mechanical Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians who need to develop and demonstrate their competency in a number of fields and disciplines. Our training team are there to also assist companies that wish to ensure they have a sustainable, competent electrical workforce to maintain and install general electrical equipment and within potentially explosive atmospheres. Our courses support vocational training which is a key element for the electrical, instrument and mechanical labour market to function correctly, to create employment and to promote workers competency and professionalism.

Control Panel Design & Build

We provide control panel design and build solutions that are built to last and meet a wide range of applications across a broad range of industries, from the often extreme environments in the Steel, Paper, Chemical and Oil sectors to the technology led environments in the commercial sectors.

We have the facilities to build and test a wide range of control panels, ranging in size from instrument enclosures to ‘walk in style cubicles’.

Control panels can be designed and custom built using standard off the shelf enclosures (i.e. Rittal, Legrand, Sarel etc.) or custom built to your required standard, drawings and specification.

We can install your control panel (including any associated equipment) and commission to your required design brief. We can design and procure “certified” control panels for “hazardous area” applications.

All our control panels are built using quality components that are engineered to last. Our work is then tested and inspected before it leaves our premises and is quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001: 2015

Hazardous Area E&I Design – C&P Engineering Services provide full ‘turnkey’ Ex / ATEX E&I Project Design & Installation services with support services ranging from Area Classification, Ex / ATEX Design & Installation, Ex / ATEX Inspections to Ex / ATEX Management & Policy Services. Through our support services we also deliver the full range of CompEx training courses at our dedicated training facility in Swansea.

C&P offer ‘cradle to grave’ E&I engineering solutions across your project life-cycles from assisting with conceptual FEED studies and providing detailed design through to installation, construction, commissioning, testing, documentation and supporting activities.

Process Instrument Calibration Services

C&P Engineering Services recognises the importance of calibration and offers bespoke on-site calibration services to ensure that you receive the highest level of quality and accuracy. Instrument error can occur due to a variety of reasons; drift, environment, electrical supply, addition of components to the loop, process changes etc.

Our specialist teams manage a wide range and variety of on-site calibration programs, ensuring instruments are calibrated and are traceable to the relevant standards.
