Free Issue Machining
We are specialist CNC Machinists and offer both Turning and Milling. We have recently invested in new state-of-the-art machinery (Dugard Lathe). This is perfect for your low to medium batch turned components. We provide CNC Machined Components for a variety of different industries such as military, defence, medical, optical, electronics, automotive and more. We have large capacity which results in short lead times. Our general tolerance is ±0.1mm but we regularly work to the nearest micron. We are always machining components in a wide variety of materials. Most commonly we machine components from aluminium but we also regularly machine Stainless Steel, Brass, Nylon, PVC and Acetal. All tooling is manufactured using state of the art CNC Machinery and fully inspected before production runs can go ahead. A wide range of major non-ferrous metal alloys are available for your casting requirements such as Aluminium or Zinc alloys.
