Our ethos is simple; we don’t believe that a business’ lack of facilities should be a barrier to their progress. That’s why we have created a space for innovation, design, research and manufacturing, where we can provide industry-standard amenities to the North Devon business community.

Developed in association with Petroc, and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Cotie’s mission is to provide SMEs, start-ups, and micro-businesses with access to a wide range of advanced technology-based facilities, all designed to nurture business growth and develop product ideas and concepts.

​What’s more, all of Cotie’s facilities are available to book online or over the phone, at reasonable rates that should fall within even the strictest of budgets, so you need only pay for what you need, when you need it.

With dedicated state-of-the-art spaces for design, development, 3D scanning and printing, and cleanroom manufacturing, as well as crisply modern spaces for conferencing and hot desk working, all complete with professional-standard equipment and software, we have everything you need to lift your product from the design page and launch it to proof of concept stage.

Cotie has been created to be North Devon’s very own Innovation Launchpad for small and medium-sized enterprises.
