Torque Limiters, Crossgard, Safegard and Sheargard Clutches. Jaw, Gear and Chain Couplings. Weld-On Hubs and Adaptors. Spur and Bevel Gears. Timing Pulleys.
THE RANGE covered by this service Any of the above products can be reworked within the cross bore concept service up to a maximum outside diameter of 600mm, up to 2 inch pitch, to ANY BORE size (in steps of either 0.01mm or 1/16”) to a tolerance of H7, M7 or F7, provided it falls within the plans available on request. And don’t forget, that unlike so many of our competitors, we even supply and fit the setscrew! For bore sizes and larger O.D’s outside the range shown please still enquire for availability
THE SMALL PRINT · Our sales office must receive your order by 5.00pm. · The reworked goods will be sent via Next day carrier, free for Orders over £100.00 · The rework required must be to one of the plans detailed within the drawings available on request. · The outside diameter of any product being reworked cannot exceed 600mm. · Keyways and setscrews are provided in line with the current British Standards.
