Bevel gears
Bevel gears are a type of cone-shaped gear which can be used to transmit power across two axels which are intersecting. Cross+Morse offer straight cut bevel and mitre gears manufactured to the Gleason system in medium carbon steels enable simple right angle drives with reduction ratios up to 4:1, both in imperial DP and metric modular pitch. All gears can be induction or flame hardened for longer life under arduous conditions..
