    Fibreglass (GRP) Storage Tanks
    Drayton Tanks and Accessories stock high-quality fibreglass (GRP) tanks manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13280:2001, the quality standard that regulates glass fibre reinforced cisterns and storage tanks. We can provide you with storage tanks for cold and hot water up to 120 degrees Celsius and for mild chemicals.

    Our range of GRP storage tanks includes Feed and Expansion tanks, balance and break tanks, and plastic circular tanks. They can be used in commercial and domestic environments and are fully approved by the Water Industry. The available capacities range from 45 litres to 90,000 litres, with a smooth bacteria resistant surface on the inside of each of the GRP tanks.

    GLL148 Hydrostatic Contents Gauge
    The GLL148 is a closed hydrostatic gauging system which works from a remote transmitter, the gauge is designed to be panel mounted. The transmitter should be sited on the floor of the tank and is constructed to minimise the risk if debris. The transmitter is connected to the gauge via a copper capillary tube.     Grey and Waste Water Tanks
    Drayton Tanks and Accessories can supply you with grey and waste water tanks in varying sizes to be fitted within a domestic setting to collect used water from showers, sinks and washing machines. Our tanks are constructed using GRP and can be provided to hold volumes from 45 litres upwards to 2727 litres and beyond if required.

    We stock one and two piece tanks, and can also provide fittings and connections including gauges, BSP connections, and overflow protection. All of our tanks are WRAS approved and are manufactured to meet the quality standards of BS EN 13280:2001.

    Header Tanks
    Feed and expansion tanks, sometimes known as header tanks, form a vital part of heating systems, supplying cold water and providing space for expansion as the water within the system is heated. At Drayton Tanks and Accessories we offer an extensive selection of header tanks, made from GRP, available either as plain or pre-insulated. Wall thicknesses of 25, 50, 75 or 100mm are available.

    The tanks also feature access hatches, bolted lids and a foam lid sealer. A smooth gelcoat is used on the internal walls of the tank which is bacteria resistant. The capacities that we can supply range from 45 litres at the smallest, all the way to 90,000 litres for the largest.

  9. Hot Water Storage Tanks

    Hot Water Storage Tanks
    At Drayton Tanks and Accessories we offer hot water storage tanks to hold liquids of up to 120 degrees Celsius. We can provide you with hot water tanks that can store up to 90,000 litres, or smaller tanks to hold as little as 45 litres. The tanks are made fully in accordance with the quality standards of British regulations and are WRAS approved.

    Our F and E Plain and Pre-Insulated tanks can hold hot water of up to 70 degrees Celsius over long periods, and 90 degrees Celsius for short periods. Our chemical tanks can be used for storing hot water of up to 120 degrees Celsius. Wall thicknesses of 25mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm are available on the storage tanks.

    Industrial Storage Tanks
    Drayton Tank and Accessories stocks an extensive range of large oil and water storage tanks for use in industrial environments. All of our tanks are approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme and are constructed from GRP, in line with BS EN 13280:2001. Our tanks specifically for the storage of oil are bunded and OFTEC approved, with inspection holes, BSP connections, and capacities up to 5000 litres.

    Our water and chemical storage tanks can be supplied to hold up to 90,000 litres; our F and E tanks can withstand liquids up to 70 degrees Celsius, and our chemical tanks can hold warm water or mild chemicals of temperature to 120 degrees Celsius. The tanks can be insulated or plain, with bolted lids and foam lid sealers also provided.
