We have continuously invested in our moulding equipment and processes, this has resulted in Dual Metallising being able to offer a highly consistent service. Our state of the art machinery and tools enable us to efficiently manufacture, mould and finish products to customer specification. We have cutting-edge six microprocessor controlled machines that offer a clamping capacity ranging from 60-250 tonnes and shot weights of up to 800 grams in most polymers.

Dual offer both moulding and vacuum deposition, a complete process for finishing reflectors in most polymers. We have a rich history in restoring reflective surfaces. This includes rejuvenating a range of headlight reflectors for cars that have failed MOT tests such as MGF, Audi and Volvo headlights.

Vacuum Metallising with aluminium is the most efficient and cost effective way to achieve high levels of reflectivity in most cases of lighting. Lighting Reflectors can be categorised as automotive, beacons, hazard, mining, light bars, search lamps, safety, commercial, domestic, head lamps and rear light clusters.

Here at Dual Metallising, we have years of experience in applying paint and lacquer onto products. Our expert team spray a broad spectrum of items making this process the most versatile form of enhancing plastic substrates. Development and investment have enabled us to specialise in spraying onto glass and metal products.

Chrome, brass, copper and gold effects on plastics are achieved by using Tinted Top Lacquer or the Dip Dyeing Process. Tinted Top Lacquer and Dip Dyeing Process require the components to be metallised. Once metallised the tinted top lacquer is applied straight onto the metallised surface and then the dip dyed to give the chrome effect.
