We have continuously invested in our moulding equipment and processes, this has resulted in Dual Metallising being able to offer a highly consistent service. Our state of the art machinery and tools enable us to efficiently manufacture, mould and finish products to customer specification. We have cutting-edge six microprocessor controlled machines that offer a clamping capacity ranging from 60-250 tonnes and shot weights of up to 800 grams in most polymers.

It is possible to vacuum metallise with aluminium on to glass and ceramics by using traditional lacquering systems or plasma. We prefer the Plasma System because using specially formulated base lacquers on parts of an unusual shape can cause unpredictable results.

We can produce a wide range of promotional products.  These are a growing part of our business with many styles to choose from. We are able to supply most corporate colours as well as metallised finishes to resemble gold, chrome or indeed a full spectrum of metallic colours. We have three vacuum metallising systems which offer a range of techniques from a standard deposition process to a state of the art plasma or in process with silicone protection, which has become the hallmark for automotive reflectors.
