Dudley Associates is the UK’s leading prototype mould manufacturer and volume producer for the plastics industry. The company, accredited to ISO9001 for its quality management system, specialises in design, toolmaking and injection moulding with a particular expertise in aluminium toolmaking and prototyping. We operate in many industries but have recently focussed our attention towards the automotive, aerospace and oil and gas market sectors

Our services start at the design and development stage where we offer design concepts in 3D and prototypes right through to the production supply of moulded components. We also offer rapid prototyping capability using aluminium tools and processes such as Stereolithography and vacuum casting.

All our tools, both steel and aluminium, are engineered and designed according to your requirements and the complexity of the part. We can offer one-off manual tooling right through to fully automated mass production. We manufacture a very wide range of both development and production plastic injection mouldings, and work on a daily basis with a broad range of high specification engineering and developmental plastics from simple ‘commercial’ polymers to the very latest engineering polymers.
