Spread across 3 factories, we have the ability to manufacture single parts up to 3000mm diameter for oil and gas applications or smaller parts for high volume automotive and industrial markets. All semi-finished parts are manufactured ‘in house’ using pressed, isostatic or ram extruded processes and qualified to ISO/TS16949 quality standards.

PTFE Moldflon® is a unique fluoropolymer which not only has all the physical attributes associated with PTFE but can be also be processed using injection moulding processes. This allows engineers greater freedom of design compared to alternative fluoropolymer systems that rely on traditional machining to generate the finished product. The superior mechanical properties of PTFE Moldflon® can be combined with special fillers to achieve a material with outstanding performance that can be economically produced.

Developed primarily for use with aggressive chemicals, our PTFE immersion heaters are now used across a range of metal processing, semiconductor, chemical and laboratory applications. Our range includes flat panel space saving or tubular systems which can be manufactured in a variety of configurations up to 6 kw capacity.
