Industrial Generators

Our range of industrial open generators extends from 5kVA through to 2500kVA. These units are available in various voltage configurations, and both 50 & 60Hz.

These units are designed to be installed within an engine room. Endcape can advise customers regarding the design of the inlet/outlet ducts & louvres to ensure the generator cools and performs in accordance with the engine manufacturer's guidelines.

Control systems for these types of generators include basic "key start" controllers, where an operator is required to start and stop the generator as required, but can be upgraded to automatic systems which start on a mains failure, and synchronise with other generators, to share the load across a multi generator installation.

We can also supply transfer switches, distribution systems, for all types of generators, and assist with commissioning and integration into the customers building systems.

Low Noise & Canopy Generators

Endcape's canopy & low noise generators offer the lowest acoustic output for the smallest possible footprint on site. Our close fitting soundproofed enclosures are manufactured from to the highest standards, to provide a quality product perfectly suited to many years of service. All canopies are powder coated, and we use corrosion resistant fixtures & fittings where possible.

As standard our canopies reduce the sound level of our generators to approx 85dBA@1m. Canopy options include further reduction in sound levels, and centre lift points for ease of transportation.

Container Generators

When the generator you require is too big for a close fitting canopy, and you do not have an engine room available for an open type generator, we recommend an ISO type containerised generator.

Available in 20ft and 40ft container options, these ISO containers are acoustically treated to reduce the noise breakout. High security air inlet and outlet louvres, ensure that the container and its contents remain out of reach of vermin and vandals.

All Endcape container generators are coated in high quality marine grade paint to resist corrosion.
