I formed Energy Surveys North East in October 2007. My name is Steve Iley and I am a fully trained, insured and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor.
I offer a quality, cost-efficient Energy Assessment service providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), solar pv roof surveys, legionella risk assessments and mould/condensation solution surveys to house-owners, solicitors, estate agents, landlords and solar pv installers throughout the North-east of England.
