We offer the flexibility to manufacture gears complete to print, perform finishing operations on customer blanks, or to grind teeth only. All ground gears are manufactured to meet customer requirements, with full inspection and certification as required.

Spur Gears

Spur gears are used over a wide range of applications from small watches, gear trains on machine tools, in gearboxes as fitted to cars and aeroplane engines, to large drives as found in rolling mills and on board a ship.

Helical Gears

The gradual engagement and release of the teeth eliminates much of the shock associated with straight teeth when operating under heavy loads.

Double Helical Gears

Double helical gears give the same advantages and smoothness as single helical gears, but with the added value of a much greater strength in the contact of the teeth and no side ways force.

Or otherwise known as pawls have many industrial uses such as bulk stacker/reclaimers, cranes, kiln drives and large drum mixers.

Pump Gears

A gear pump uses the meshing of gears to pump fluid by displacement. They are one of the most common types of pumps for hydraulic fluid power applications.

Involute Splines

Splines provide a more uniform circumferential transfer of torque to the shaft than a keyway.
