Intelligent Motion Control Ltd (INMOCO)

For over three decades INMOCO has been at the forefront of Industrial Automation and Motion Control offering a comprehensive range of motion control products covering compact Servo Amplifiers, Position Controllers, Gearheads, Stepper Motors and Controllers, Linear Motors, Sensors,  and Electric Actuators. More recent additions to the product range include High Precision Linear and Rotary Encoders.

Today, INMOCO not only provides products with application and after sales support, but can also incorporate those products into customer-specified electromechanical sub-assemblies, which also includes testing and calibration. These latest additions to our services not only enables our customers a "Plug and Run" solution, but also enables them to reduce their supplier base.

Our facilities include system engineering, ex-stock sales distribution, building and testing sub assemblies and a class 10,000 clean room facility.

  1. Celera Motion

    Celera Motion

Celera Motion's encoders, motors, servo drives and mechatronic sub-systems enable engineers to solve complex design challenges. They produce world-class products and technologies to achieve precisely what you need.

    • ChipEncoder

      ChipEncoder
The miniature surface mount ChipEncoder is a reflective optical encoder that makes high-accuracy motion feedback feasible where it would have been physically impossible or simply too costly. It is cost-effective for OEMs with volumes of 500 or more per year, and has all the benefits of an integrated circuit: chip-sized packaging, cost savings through integration with customer electronics, and compatibility with automated manufacturing equipment. Plus, the ChipEncoder is RoHS compliant.
    • High Vacuum Encoders

      High Vacuum Encoders
Celera Motion/ MicroE Systems' Mercury™ and Mercury II™ Vacuum Encoders are smaller, higher performance, faster to install, and easier to set up and align than any other encoder. The tiny sensor fits into very tight spaces and works in both linear and rotary applications. The Vacuum encoder sensors are all vented and constructed with vacuum compatible materials and designed for a 48 hour bake out at 150°C. Colour coded bare leads are provided for customer termination.
    • Mercury Analogue Encoders

      Mercury Analogue Encoders
Celera Motion/ MicroE Systems' Mercury Analogue output encoders are smaller, higher performance, faster to install, and easier to use than any other encoder. Advanced features include SmartPrecision™ automatic offset and gain adjustments during set up to optimize accuracy. No manual adjustments are needed. The tiny sensor fits into very tight spaces, has broad alignment tolerances for fast and easy setup and works in both linear and rotary applications. The entire Mercury encoder system is EMI shielded for use in the toughest environments. With standard analogue sine/cosine output, use your interpolation electronics to achieve the resolution required by your application.
    • Mercury Digital Encoders

      Mercury Digital Encoders
Mercury Digital Encoder systems include the sensor, double shielded cable, your choice of connector, and either a linear or rotary glass scale. Mercury's space-saving, integrated configuration gives OEM system designers a breakthrough in performance.
    • Mercury II 5000 Encoders

      Mercury II 5000 Encoders

The Mercury II 5000 series offers programmable resolutions with digital output from the sensor, from 5 μm to 1.2nm, and accuracy up to ±1 μm . High short-range accuracy means smooth velocity control. The same sensor works with tape or glass scales, either linear or rotary. Performance, robustness, versatility and ease of use make the MII 5000 encoder series the right choice for high performance applications.

    • Mercury II 6000 Encoders

      Mercury II 6000 Encoders

The Mercury II 6000 series has the smallest sensor in its class - only 8.2mm high. Resolutions are programmable and range from 5 μm to 1.2nm; accuracy is up to ±1 μm ; and the encoder output is digital. High short-range accuracy, up to ±20nm, provides smooth velocity control. The same sensor works with tape or glass scales, either linear or rotary. The small sensor, high performance, robustness, versatility and ease of use make the MII 6000 encoder series ideal for small stages, piezo motor systems, actuators, voice coil motors, systems with moveable optics, micromachining/nanomanufacturing, and many other applications.
