The company was originally founded over fifty years ago by Mr John Bone. It soon became a family concern with his daughter and son in law now carrying on on what he started.

Our policies were and still are to produce quality British made chairs.   We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a very high standard on reproducing quality traditional chairs and bespoke furniture. Wherever possible we use the timbers our customers request. Almost every aspect of the process is carried out on our premises.   We are also able to undertake very high quality restoration work   Although we normally supply furniture 'in the white' we are able to provide a finished product if required.
