A compact volumetric rotary filling machine complete with integrated capping and labelling systems to fill, cap and label 10ml-50ml containers.

Boasting a reduced footprint, the Mini Monoblock is fully stainless steel in construction. It can be fitted with an in-feed conveyor or a separate feed system - and, depending on your production requirements, supplied as a filler-capper, filler labeller, or in other configurations. 

 

The Pallet labeller is a compact but versatile label application system suitable for teh smallest of production areas. The machine allows speedy changeovers, can be supplied in any rotation required and offers a comprehensive selection of applications.

The fully automatic rotary capping machine is designed to work with a number of different container designs and caps. As all our machines are bespoke, they can be designed to suit a wide range of industries, such as cosmetic, chemical, food & drink and more.

Karmelle's highly efficient Rotary Filling Machine is available with between eight and 24 heads. 

Ideal for larger batches, it can achieve speeds of up to 200 bpm (depending on product and number of heads).

Karmelle Ltd's liquid filling range includes semi-automatic machines, ideal for small-to-medium batch sizes. Choose from compact Bench Top Fillers, versatile volumetric machines, and easy-to-operate Boom Arm Fillers. 

The Volumetric Vertical Filling Machine is a versatile machine suitable for small and medium volumes. Available as a one head or a double head system, it is designed to dispense volumes of between 100ml to 5ltr volumes. It is available with a gravity or a power conveyor and can be combined with a capping machine.

The Servo 175 Three Point Wraparound label applicator is designed to label cylindrical containers, ensuring accuracy, working around any existing features of the container such as cartouche, handles, seams or labels and artwork present. The labelling head can be set up for front and back labelling, full wraparound, etc. depending on customer specification.

The labeller can applicate up to 40 labels p/minute, dependant on size of containers.

This machine can be adjusted to label a number of different shape of containers.
