Lackfords are able to escalate your County Court Judgment over a value of £600 to the High Court for Enforcement, simply complete our Transfer Up Form below and upload a copy of your Judgement.

Once received our High Court team will make contact to process the Court and Compliance fee of £156.00, on successful collection the court fees are recovered from the Defendant on your behalf.

A Forfeiture is where a landlord or their agents exercise their right to regain peaceable possession of a commercial property.
