Many models exist of overhead cranes, all offering unique advantages according to the application. The single girder overslung crane, is possibly one of the most popular. Electric motor driven end carriages and hoist provide effortless accuracy.

Wall mounted jib cranes provide different slew angles of 180° to 360°. Fully powered versions offer smooth jib rotation, hoist travel and lift operation. When access becomes awkward, a knuckle jib may provide the answer. Provision for an elbow in the jib arm allows even greater manoeuverability.
