LINKS UK Specialists was incorporated in February 2021 with the aim to bridge the gap in provision available within the local and wider areas supporting individuals with Autism or a related diagnosis.

In accordance with the ‘National Strategy for children, young people and adults 2021 to 2026’ we want to ‘significantly improve understanding and acceptance of autism’ and to ‘support more organisations, businesses, and public sector services to become more autism inclusive’.

Our service is set up using extensive knowledge acquired and experience from working within the autism sector collectively for 20 years.

LINKS UK Specialists offers bespoke packages of employment support for Individuals in areas such as CV writing, interviews and job search. Throughout our contact time with individuals many areas are covered in which to create a personal profile for a future employer including risk assessments, support required and suggested reasonable adjustments. All of which is in line with current legislative requirements.

In-work support is also on offer to provide advocacy to both the employee and the employer to ensure sustainability.

Training can be delivered to employers covering topics such as Autism Awareness, Anxiety within the workplace and much more.

We have set up an office in Winner Street and have lots of exciting services that we are developing and are in the process of creating a sensory room within Paignton to provide sessions to groups and individuals  of all ages.

We are also able to support individuals and families with navigating the EHC planning system offering consultancy to ensure that individuals needs are reflected with the individuals plans.
