m-tec UK Ltd
For 30 years the name m-tec has been synonymous with the development and production of innovative solutions for the manufacture, logistics and processing of modern materials. m-tec has made building better, faster and more economical - throughout the world.
From raw material analysis and the planning and construction of the associated dry mortar systems to the development and production of the right processing machinery for the building site, we can offer our customers expert advice and professional equipment from Plastering Machines to full plant equipment
For many years m-tec have been pushing the boundaries in plastering machine design and manufacture since the technology first came to the marketplace in 1965.
Typically one square metre per minute can be applied with ease, and this takes away the laborious manual mixing and application process that can otherwise hold back the plastering gang from producing the square metres needed.
m-tec have registered numerous patents over the years. These have already been incorporated into the highly acclaimed m-tec duo-mix 2000 as well as the latest revolution to hit the plastering machine market, the m-tec M300.
If you require the unmatched ‘compact flexibility’ to apply literally a huge range of materials then the duo-mix 2000 is worth a closer look.
Whether you are new to your chosen market or have been producing and selling dry mortars for many years, the wealth of international experience that m-tec UK can draw on ensures that your needs and wishes will be well understood.

MIDAS – and everything turns to gold!
In the present control technology version m-tec is in the market with a brand new generation. This brought together many years of experience and expertise in control technology for mixing stations in high-tech programming modules - creating a dosing, weighing and mixing control system that is ready for tomorrow’s world today.
The software is broken down into individual modules, accurately reflecting the real processes in a factory. These modules adapt perfectly to the relevant processes and can be installed exactly where they are needed, either individually or in combination.
In addition, the programming of the machine processes in high level language means that new dosing algorithms and dynamic filters are available for the weighing signals.
Control systems m-tec: Expertise in preparation, dosing, weighing and mixing.
- Maximum precision thanks to new dosing algorithms and dynamic filter techniques
- Precise monitoring of the system through the animated visualization of the processes on several monitors
- Unlimited data access through full networkability with client/server architecture
- 100 % flexibility thanks to a modular setup

M-tec was responsible for permanently revolutionizing the silo market with its pocket system, which was developed for the dry mortar industry, and became market leaders in the area of conveying silos.
Since it was founded in 1988, m-tec has brought approx. 50,000 silos of different types to the market. Many years of experience, know-how and the latest CAD technology have also enabled m-tec to implement individual customer requirements in a rational and practical way. The standard range includes small silos, transport silos (chain, pocket, hook lift receiver systems) and stationary silos.
In order to meet the wide variety of requirements of customers, all silo types are available in several pressure variants (e.g. 0, 1, 2 and 6 bar).
In all European production centres the silos are given a paint finish according to the latest VOC guidelines in environmentally-friendly production facilities that are unique for the silo sector. Inspections are carried out in line with EN ISO 9001:2000 quality guidelines throughout all production processes.
