The MICT range of natural air circulation Mini Incubators offers affordable units from 5.4L capacity through to 28L capacity. Manufactured from sheet steel with an anodised aluminium chamber and shelves. Each unit features a plexiglass panel door allowing direct viewing without affecting the temperature stability.Temperature range ambient+5 to +80°C, which is controlled by means of PID action microprocessor and PT100 sensor achieving precision ±0.5. These are compact units ideal for laboratories with limited space or low use.
The ICT range of controllable forced air convection Standard Incubators offers benchtop units from 52L to 240L capacity. Manufactured from sheet steel with a stainless steel chamber and shelves. Each unit features an inner glass door which allows sample viewing with minimal loss of temperature stability when the outer door is opened. The BO–D Series of Thermostaic Oil Baths are made entirely of 18/8 stainless steel with double walls and carrying handles. The digital model features electronic pre-set temperature regulation thanks to the PID microprocessor; temperature control is provided by the PT 100 sensor. Available in 3, 6 and 13L capacity with temperature range ambient +5 to 350°C.
The BM Series of Thermostatic Water Baths features a twin walled design for improved heat distribution. The moulded inner tank is made from one single piece of 18/08 stainless steel without seams or seals to ensure perfect heat distribution and eliminate leaks. Available in 6 and 12L tank capacity with temperature range ambient+5 to +120°C.
A complete range of GLP compliant instruments for tablet testing of pharmaceutical, food and chemical tablets. The range includes Automatic Tablet Hardness Tester; A micro controller based instrument that determines tablet hardness, length and thickness. A 12 position carousel with sweeper blades facilitates automatic measurement of all parameters from 1-99 tablets. The unit has two tier password protection and is fully GLP compliant.
Tablet Friability Tester. Friability is one of the testing criteria of mechanical strength of the tablet, and is detailed in pharmacopoeia. The micro-processor controlled friability tester allows the programming of specific time interval or set number of counts/ rotations. The display indicates either the elapsed time or the revolution count as per the selected method. The program also allows the weights to be entered for further calculations.
Tablet Disintegration and Tap Density Testers are also available. All instruments are complaint with Pharmacopoeia and ASTM applications.
The VP1000 series of Portable Rotary Viscometers allow quick determination of viscosity. Compatible with the Brookfield method, this light weight hand held unit offers intuitive functionality and versatility. Available in four variants with fixed speeds of 20rpm, 30rpm, 50rpm and 60rpm each unit is supplied in a hard case with a standard set of six spindles.
The VK2000 series of KREBS Viscometers are designed specifically for use in measuring the viscosity of paints, coatings, inks, adhesives and pastes both in a production or laboratory environment. The VK2000 meets the requirements of ASTM D562, and can be operated automatically. Results are given in KU,g or cP. Supplied with a standard KREBS spindle, level adapters, assembly tools and low form beaker, a number of optional accessories are available.
The VR3000 Series of bench top Rotary Viscometers are for fast accurate determination of viscosity in accordance with ISO and ASTM methods and 100% compatible with the Brookfield method. The VR range consists of two models each offering variants for 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High' viscosity. Supplied in a hard case with a standard set of spindles, a wide range of additional accessories are available.
