Established in 2007 and located in Rajkot-Gujarat (INDIA), often referred to as Gujarat's best GIDC and the country's Engineering parts manufacturing hub, OMEX ENGINEERING is precision manufacturing company specially oriented to cater to customers outside India. OMEX was set up with the vision of supplying Precision Metal Machined components to global customers, but gradually expanded its focus to include a variety of highly specialized end-use applications across Aerospace, defense & other industries.

Today, OMEX ENGINEERING is a digitally enabled Build-to-Print engineering company with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing complex parts & assemblies with close tolerances and reliable quality. OMEX ENGINEERING is an AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 certified precision manufacturer. We have developed powerful process controls and workflow procedures ensuring product conformance and complete traceability to produce world-class quality. We have a temperature-controlled QualityControl department which is comprehensively equipped and can carry out full geometrical and dimensional validation, optical & surface finish examination.
All our gauges and instruments are periodically calibrated for errors and accuracies by NABL certified laboratories providing third-party assurance.
All quality assurance activity is planned and documented to include (as required by the customer ) .

OMEX ENGINEERING has wide-ranging and comprehensive high precision machining capabilities where continual investment aids competitiveness and shortest lead times. In total, there are over 15 CNC machines available, providing a wide variety of capabilities thus providing flexibility to service customer program needs. The size of items that can be manufactured ranges from very small parts - the size of 3mm , up to parts 1m long. An important differentiator in capability is the ability to machine to an ultra-high accuracy of just 5 microns.

The majority of machines are multi-axis allowing minimal setup manufacture of complex parts with optimized quality and throughput. All of our machines are also equipped for machining of hard parts and achieving the fantastic surface finish. Most formats of CAD data can be received and are used to offline program the CNC machines, and CMM machines for optimized performance.
