We have 4 Pick & Place machines. Our flagship is the latest Versatronic Q Placer, plus 3 Versatronic RV4S machines to keep job change over times to a minimum. The machines can take BGAs to 0402s.

This gives a total capability of 10,000 placements/hour with up to 400 different components!!!

Our two reflow ovens are both from SMT. An IR 10″ belt width was the first oven, the latest being a computer controlled, forced air convection with 17″ belt width provides plenty of heat in the winter -] Oh, incidentally it processes assemblies quickly too!!!
