Car Leasing

We have contacts across the country with every manufacture and therefore can supply extremely competitive car leasing quotations.  We have access to nationwide stock, but, should the car you like not be in stock, we are also able to place a bespoke order direct with the factory.

Business Contract Hire

Business Contract Hire, or a Business Lease, is a long term rental agreement, with contracts ranging from 24-60 months.  All are tailored to meet the business' requirements.  Business Contract Hire is a very popular choice for VAT registered companies as they can claim back 50% of the VAT on the finance element for cars and generally 100% for commercials (subject to no private use, no exempt turnover and not being on the Flat Rate VAT Scheme).

Personal Contract Hire

Personal Contract Hire (PCH), or Personal Lease, is based on a fixed term contract where customers pay an agreed monthly charge for the use of a vehicle.

It benefits customers wishing to eliminate the financial risk associated with disposing of a vehicle. Contracts are usually taken over two, three or four years, providing a high level of flexibility. Some contracts can be formally extended beyond the end of contract date if required. Just ask and we can answer any of your questions regarding extending your contract.

PCH is very similar to Business Contract Hire; both are based on a fixed annual mileage agreed on inception of a contract. You will also need to decide how many miles you drive each year before quotations can be obtained. Once you have stated how many miles you drive in a year and considered which vehicle you would like to lease, a quote can be created for you by one of our sales team.

Van Leasing

We have contacts across the country with every manufacture and therefore can supply extremely competitive van leasing quotations.  We have access to nationwide stock, but, should the van you like not be in stock, we are also able to place a bespoke order direct with the factory.

Vehicle Maintenance

The additional monthly cost of Maintenance includes:

  • All your services for the duration of the lease
  • Your vehicle’s MOT (if required.)
  • Perishable parts; this includes exhausts, starter motors, alternators, wiper blades, bulbs and batteries to list a few.
  • Mechanical and electrical pair. This also includes any replacement parts and the labour involved.
  • Peace of mind; as part of the Maintained agreement, only approved garages are used so you know that quality parts and qualified technicians are used.

Pair all these benefits with the Manufacturer's warranty, adding Maintenance really gives your car an all-round level of protection.

Eco Leasing

We are now more conscious than ever on the impact we are having on our environment, and our choice of transport is a significant contributor to this.

For those who live in and around London, Transport for London are introducing the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) to Central London in the same area as the Congestion Charge.  Unlike the Congestion Charge, this will run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from 8 April 2019. From 25 October 2021, this area will be expanded to inner London, within the North and South Circular Roads.  Ultimately, vehicles will need to meet the new stricter emission standards in order to avoid paying the daily ULEZ Charge on top of Congestion Charge. Find out more on the ULEZ by clicking here.

But this does not mean that if you live outside of London you should not consider an electric or hybrid vehicle.  Advances in technology means that these vehicles are extremely cost effective, with very little running costs and road tax.  On top of this, you can apply for the Plug-In Car Grant (PiCG.) Eligibility is broken down into categories:

  • Category 1: Vehicles with a range of 70 miles making zero emissions, and a manufacturer quoted CO2 emissions figure of less than 50g/km.
  • Category 2: Vehicles with a range of at least 10 miles making zero emissions, and a manufacturer quoted CO2 emissions figure of less than 50g/km.
  • Category 3: Vehicles with a range of at least 20 miles making zero emissions, and a manufacturer quoted CO2 emissions figure of between 50-75g/km.

If your car qualifies for Category 1, then you can benefit from the PiCG maximum, which pays 35 per cent of the car's value, up to a maximum amount of £4,500.

Category 2 and 3 vehicles also qualify for a 35% reduction, but the maximum amount saved is just £2,500, which is £2,000 less than for Category 1 cars.

As per the ULEZ is there to “To help improve air quality, an Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) will be in place in central London from 8 April 2019. Most vehicles including cars and vans will need to meet new, tighter exhaust emission standards (ULEZ standards) or pay a daily charge to travel within the area of the ULEZ.” It will replace the T Charge and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To start with, it will be in the same area as the current Congestion Charge Zone, although from 2021 it will be expanded to the inner London area, bordered by the North and South Circular.

This charge will be on top of the Congestion Charge and the Low Emission Zone Charge (LEZ.) Whilst the LEZ only affects diesel engines, the ULEZ will be applicable to both diesel and petrol. Furthermore, just because your vehicle may be exempt from the LEZ, it may not meet the strict standards of the ULEZ.

It is important to note that failure to pay the charge will result in a PCN being issued to the registered keeper. The charge runs 00:01 – midnight each day, therefore if you drive from before midnight to after midnight, you will be liable to pay two days of charges.

How Leasing Works

Order Process

This is a simple guide on how you would place an order with us and the process until delivery. If you have any questions at all regarding this, please contact us.

Step 1 - Choose your vehicle.

We can provide any variation on any vehicle and quote for any additional accessories you may require.

Step 2 - Establish a credit line.

A credit line will need to be established before any order can be placed, exactly like any dealership would have to do.

Step 3 - You place an order with us.

Scanned or posted orders are acceptable with an authorised signature to confirm your acceptance of the rental quoted.

Step 4 - Order is placed with the dealer.

We will place an order with a dealer on your behalf. Our dealer network offers a very high level of service standards and back up. All cars are covered by full manufacturer's nationwide warranties and can be serviced by your local dealers.

Step 5 - Sign your documents.

A Direct Debit form and a contractual agreement will need to be signed confirming the terms of the arrangement.

Step 6 - Delivery.

Delivery can be made nationwide by our dealership network for no additional cost.  When it comes to delivery, there will be a professional handover by the delivery driver to enable you to familiarise yourself with your new vehicle. Alternatively, depending on the distances involved, you may be able to collect your car direct from the dealership - this can be discussed during the Order Process.
