Custom Instrument panels as part of its fine tolerance sheet metal work & plastic fabrication facility, Perancea also offers a bespoke instrument panel & fascia service. The company has extensive experience in producinh high quality aesthetic panels in both metal & plastic for a wide variety of applications encompassing Audio & Hi-Fi, Automotive, Instrumentaion, Medical, Process control, Environmental control, Meteological & Architectural. Panels can be manufactured from a variety of metals and plastics, as well as by customising lids, capabilities include fabrication, plating and painting with the option of engraving, stamping & screen printing legends and other text and/or graphics. Screen printing can be on clear or transparent panels as multi-layer overlays with close tolerance registration for precision alignment of the layers. For mounting purposes panels and fascias can be provided with integral threaded studs or bushes. With a comprehensive superstore of tooling, built over more than 30 years, Perancea can produce most profiles, shapes & cut-outs as standard for panel mounting components, holes can be countersunk, with apertures counter-bored or recessed.

Aesthetic, high quality panel mounting instrument cases from Perancea, are designed and manufactured to DIN 43700/IEC 61554. This innovative, modular format provides a wealth of cost effective, high reliability solutions to instrument housings for panel mounting applications:

Perancea offers a wide range of economy die cast boxes including direct or close equivalents to most of the sizes ans styles available from the major distributors and manufacturers in new as well as replacement applications, with the added advantage of full in-house customisation. The economy die cast box range includes; Screw lidded boxes with and without integral PCB guides, Flanged li boxes, Flanged base boxes, Screw lidded boxes with sealsor gaskets to prevent the ingress of dust and/or water, painted & unpainted options and Available in a wide range of sizes 50x45x24mm to 260x159x70mm. Many Perancea Customers require modification as a matter of course to effectively utlilise our standard enclosures to suit their specific custom applications. We provide a comprehensive in-house, bespoke customising service for small and large volume requirements.

Open frame EMI/FRI housing with removable lids in both standard and custom versions specifically designed for totalboard screening with excellent attenuation and access to both sides of the PCB.
