PIAB VGS™ is a product design where high-quality DURAFLEX® suction cups are integrated with vacuum cartridges based on the patented COAX® technology. For vacuum pumps we have now introduced COAX® technology. This is an offshoot of the multi-stage technology first patented by PIAB in 1973 and is now our main patented pump platform. These vacuum pumps were developed to provide extra vacuum flow in combination with deep maximum vacuum levels while keeping energy consumption at a minimum.
COAX® vacuum cartridges are smaller, more efficient and more reliable than conventional ejectors, allowing for the design of a flexible, modular and efficient vacuum system. A vacuum system based on COAX® technology will provide you with three times more vacuum flow than conventional systems, allowing you to increase speed with high reliability, while reducing energy consumption.
Our piSAVE products are a group of products whose main function is to save energy in various applications. The piSAVE products enhance an existing vacuum system; either at the suction cup or at the vacuum source. piSAVE optimize is an optimized energy saving product for air-driven vacuum pumps/ejectors in virtually any type of vacuum application is available on the market.
piSAVE sense is a vacuum check valve for cups, used for “object sensing” on flexible vacuum handling devices with a centralized pump solution. piSAVE restrict is a flow-restrictor inside a piGRIP® fitting or as a stand-alone fitting and is a good option for applications with a centralized vacuum pump and several cups. piSAVE onoff is the best energy-saving solution for handling sealed objects with suction cups, such as glass and metal. piSAVE release offers a faster and more powerful release by combining the use of atmospheric pressure and a boost of accumulated compressed air to release the object.
