Presto Engineering, established in 1990, has a high tech premises fully equipped with state of the art machinery. We use the latest 3D machining techniques to produce high quality machined and finished components. We process jobs quickly and accurately using machines equipped with 4th axis capability. We use 3D machining to create all-shaped components on a variety of surfaces.  

CNC Milling

We continually invest in CNC milling to ensure we are able to provide our clients with high quality and accuracy. We use the very latest machining centres for our CNC milling. They are equipped with 4th axis capability and 12,000 rpm spindles.

CNC Turning

We use a two-axis slant bed CNC turning lathe that has a 250mm and 65mm bar capacity. After taking great care with our CNC turning, we use bespoke packaging to fit your components to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

Complete Finishing Service

We provide a complete finishing service that includes secondary operations such as anodising, bead blasting, graining and polycarbonate overlays. Painting and screen printing is part of our complete finishing service.

CAD CAM

Since 1990, we have been using 3D CAD CAM to manufacture high quality components. CAD CAM allows us to import and export most formats of 2D and 3D files. We use our expert engineering ability to quickly and effectively turn your concepts into reality.
