Quickrock Engineering (Pty) Ltd was established in 2007. The company started off as a small machine shop with two CNC lathes and a Haas mini mill machining centre. Since then the company has grown into a well established manufacturing facility. We use state of the art technology and software to ensure efficiency and quality, offering turnkey solutions to our customers from product design through to final manufacturing. CNC Turning Centres
Our compliment of machines ranges from 8 " turning centres with bar feeders to 15" with live tooling C-Axis. For CNC turning centres, QuickRock Engineering offer the right machines to properly machine your parts.
CNC Programming
At Quickrock Engineering, our experienced team of CNC Programmers are on hand to write your programs for you. Following a simple five-step method, we'll be able to work off of your chosen operation type, sending back to you a quote and a video file in record time.
3D Scanning
We offer both off-site and on-site 3D Scanning to our customers. With the use of our portable scanning device, the Creaform Handy Scan 700, we can make 3D Scanning easier for everyone, as well as manufacturing anything anywhere.
3D Design
Using Solidworks Premium, Quick Engineering help to take your idea and manufacture it using 3D Design. Following our step-by-step guide on designing your product, we can take a client's requirements and establish a clear vision on what the final product should look like, allowing us to work out the time and the cost. Afterwards several meetings to review the design, our talented team then begin work on making your request real.
