We specialise in a fast and efficient service without compromising on quality. We have a versatile and fully skilled workforce who are fully equipped to specialise in Stainless Steel Fabrication and Aluminium Coping

We undertake any scale or volume from one off bespoke projects to full volume repeatable production quantities.

Our general fabrication services include:

* Design & drawing facilities for component and assembly manufacture using CAD system.
* Laser Profiling, shearing, sawing, punching, drilling, forming, bending, machining, rolling plate, section and tube bending.
* Coded tig and mig welders in steel, stainless steel aluminium and brass from sheet metal to heavy steel.
* Surface finishing including sharp edge removal, surface preparation prior to coating application utilising linishing, grinding and polishing processes.
* Metal finishing including powder and nylon coatings, electro plating, galvanising, Stainless steel polishing and brass patination.
* Post fabrication includes quality checks, assembly, packing and delivery nationwide.

Aluminium Coping

Aluminium coping and flashing made to customer requirements as our skilled and experienced team can use a variety of materials to fabricate coping, flashing and sills. On this project we use a 3000 x 1500 x 2mm aluminium coping alloy sheet. We have the capacity to fold any size and shape within this panel. We also supply bespoke corners of any angle, tee sections, and end panels, these items along with all fixing bracket and joining straps gave our customer the complete easy to fit system for their construction. All items were Etched Primed and Powder Coated in a Azko Nobel Ral Colour

Wall capping/copings fabricated from Aluminium offer an alluring, economical and constructive solution to aid waterproofing to both parapet and perimeter walls.

It is manufactured to suit every individual request in a choice of any RAL Polyester Powder Coated colours, or if preferred a plain Mill finish. Each fabricated fitting including corners angles and stop ends are mitred and welded and have a completely consistent finish on the front face.

Due to current trends we have developed the skills to fabricate brass for our varied customer base. The projects range from doors, vent panelling, tables, frames and worktops. We are able to satisfy both low & high volume demand. We also have the facility to produce bespoke brass products with an antique bronze finish favoured in the Hotel and hospitality trade.
