3 Zone Smoke Vent Control Panel
A control panel allows you to operate smoke vents and other safety equipment to protect against smoke and fire in your building. A 3 zone version is ideal for larger multi-occupancy buildings where fire and smoke could spread quickly. It allows anyone who has identified a fire within your building to sound the alarm and to open the smoke vents at the top of the structure. Break Glass Call Point Cover and Tag Set
Smoke control ventilation systems keep your building and all inside protected against fire. And a manual call point is a vital part of those systems. Anyone who detects the fire can break the glass and open the smoke vents and sound the alarm. That way any toxic smoke that could build up within your structure is removed through the vent to the open air.

And we can have a cover for the call point with you along with a tag that prevents any tampering or damage to the call point. Break Glass Call Point Tag Ring Type

EN12101-2 Tested Access Hatch Opal AOV
An access hatch on the top of your building is an important fire safety feature. At Rocburn we offer opal automatic opening vents (AOV) that can be controlled via a thermofuse or electrical control box in an emergency. The hatch can be built into any type of existing support, whether it's concrete, steel or wood, with the option of an extra aluminium cover over the top.
A cross bar and opening griddle can be added too to aid access via the roof. The hatch is highly resistant to high and low temperatures and is fully tested according to the rigorous quality checks of BS EN12101-2 that regulate smoke and heat control systems.

RF Remote Controller Autoclose
The Venset RF remote controller with autoclose allows you to set a fixed time for your windows to shut themselves. You can control windows with the RF set at distances of up to 10 metres. The default setting is not autoclose but you then program the controller to shut itself after 5, 15 or 60 minutes of being open to allow natural ventilation.
We can supply you with the Venset RF remote controller with autoclose along with the complete range of Venset openers and control panels. The timer autoclose facility makes the RF remote ideal for use in bedrooms that need to be aired for certain times before being slept in, or bathrooms that typically become humid and misty following showering.

T760 Black Bracket for Timber Vent
Timber vents and window frames will need an angled fixing plate if you're setting up a window opener to control opening and closing of the window or vent. At Rocburn we offer the T760 bracket specifically for timber vents and available in black, grey or white. All you'll need to put the bracket in place is a few screws and then you're ready to fix your window opener to the plate.
The T760 can be used with chain window openers like the T100, T125, T150 and the T175 and attaches to two surfaces of your window frame. Once you've put it place and fixed the opener in place to the bracket and window you're ready to start using it to control natural ventilation.
