HOTweezers  represent the state of the art in the design and construction of thermal wire strippers.

Hotweezers thermal wire strippers weigh less than 57g including cable and connector, making it an ideal hand-held solution with smooth and efficient operation. The heater filaments are completely sealed in the stripping head of a Hotweezers thermal wire stripper device enhancing its performance consistently.

Advantages of using HOTweezers:

1. The filament is resistant to oxidation.

2. The stripping head will not distort nor lose alignment as is the case with ordinary hot wire strippers.

3. Since the filaments are enclosed, a greater portion of the heat generated is retained to do useful work. Consequently the power supply can be much smaller than usual, and the current consumption is drastically reduced. The M-10 power supply consumes a mere 20 watts at the highest temperature setting.

4. Wire holes can be ground into the stripping head without damage to the filaments. With wire holes, the rotation of the stripper required to accomplish a strip is reduced from 180o to 15o and mashing of conductors, especially the finer gauges, is completely eliminated.

5. Because the filaments are an integral part of the stripper body, no maintenance is required.

Three different models of the HOTweezers are available to satisfy most stripping requirements. For precise insulation removal Models 4A and 4B have stripping holes to yield a clean, even strip free of insulation "tails" and to prevent mashing of the conductor strands. Model 4C is designed for use on cable jackets and larger diameter conductors. Maximum cable or conductor O.D. that can be stripped is 0.25 inch (6.35 mm) and maximum insulation wall thickness is .05 inch (1.27 mm). For stripping requirements that exceed these dimensions the HOTnife can be used. All models have the new strip length gauge so that repetitive stripping operations can be done accurately. The gauge is easy to adjust without a screwdriver or special tools. The standard power cord for all three models is a flexible, lightweight cable with a high temperature silicone rubber jacket that resists burns.

Each unit will display force measured in Kg, Newtons or Lb's which is selectable using the unit key - the display can also be turned upside down by the use of this key - where operators may need to hold the unit upside down.

    A very flexible all electric crimping machine with also utilises universal crimping dies of which we also stock a large range. Change over of the crimping die requires no special tooling and it comes supplied with 8 dies as standard to cover the most common connector types. This machine utilises a high quality fixed speed motor which delivers high efficiency both in terms of crimping force and speed. This machine is suitable for medium to higher quantities of crimps. For insulated terminals up to 5.5mmsq, crimping time 1.5 seconds.

    The EC65 is an all electric crimping machine which is compact and lightweight yet suitable for use on the factory floor. It is particularly suited to more complex harness assemblies and operates in 2 modes. Mode 1: Operates the entire crimping process with one depression of the foot pedal. Mode 2: For more complicated terminals, allowing a foot pedal depression to fix on the terminal and then a further final depression to finish the crimp process. A variety of crimping dies are available for this machine to cover most common crimps, bespoke die sets can also be produced.

Available in either a lever or push to start model and with 10 different torque versions in each design. The smallest model in the range has a torque of 0.50Nm ~ 1.67Nm and the largest model has a torque range of 1.47Nm ~ 4.41Nm. High and standard speed versions are also available.

    Electric Screwdriver Powerful Torque
    The powerful torque range of Electric Screwdrivers utilises the brushless motor design which does not create carbon dust making it ideal for assembling high torque products in a clean-room environment. This range offers exceptional power which you would normally only expect to find in a pneumatic model and are available as either lever start, push start or pistol lever start versions where you can specify upper or lower cable entry. Lever/push start versions should be used with our auxiliary arm for improved safety. The smallest model in the range offers a torque of 2NM ~ 6NM and the largest 6Nm ~ 18Nm. In total 8 different torque sizes are available within this range.
