Air Freight

With our reliable, fast & cost-effective international air freight forwarding services, we'll deliver your pieces to your chosen destination, to a deadline if required.

Air Freight

Sea Freight

We load and ship our own sea freight containers between our locations in New York and London every 2-3 weeks. From there, we handle all of the onward freight transport you need to get it to your premises.

We also ship globally, using regular consolidated sea freight container services delivering to many different locations around the world every month. If you'd prefer us to ship your pieces in a sole use container, we can also arrange that. Just chat to one of our experienced team to find out more.

Again, our expert team will manage all of the customs requirements for your shipment. This includes everything from customs clearance to permits, carnets, customs bonds, and any other paperwork that's required. If needed, we're also happy to personally supervise the loading or unloading of high value sea cargo that we're responsible for.

Road Freight

If you need to move your pieces to or from Europe, we have our own modern fleet of specialist vehicles in which we securely transport your items. This secure and reliable service runs regularly between London and other major European cities, using our own crews or our network of agents.

We can arrange collections and deliveries on a part load basis, or if your deadlines are tighter we'll transport your pieces by dedicated delivery on one of our road shuttle services. These can be dual staffed with both driver and art handler teams. The vehicles are air-ride and – as an optional extra - climate-controlled, as well as GPS monitored and alarmed to keep your pieces safe.

Whether it’s palletising your goods for haulage to port or bespoke crating for air freight to your destination, we take a bespoke approach to packing every shipment, using custom packaging to protect your pieces.

We use top quality timber casing and premium packaging materials to create high specification export standard packing cases for your consignments. We have years of experience in fabricating bespoke packing cases for our clients, which meet the high standards required for moving valuable pieces around the world.

Our experienced technicians will look at the requirements of each job and then create a bespoke packing and timber casing solution to keep it safe.

In-house Customs Services + IATA Registered

Because we have an in-house customs clearance service, we're able to streamline the entire Import/Export clearance process for you, making moving your pieces around the world a far more efficient and stress-free process. All of the procedures we follow are also fully Brexit-compliant. Our team are fully aware of all of the latest changes and will work proactively to make sure that your experience is always as smooth as possible.

Our experienced customs experts will help you to navigate this process, efficiently and discreetly. They take the stress away from organising the customs clearance paperwork for your shipment, and do it all for you.

We're also fully connected to the UK's Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) system, which in turn is directly connected to the Community System Providers (CSP’s) that record and track the movement of goods within ports and airports.

And because we have our own bonded storage facilities, we're also able to help you to reduce your costs - storing your pieces in secure bonded storage means that duties are deferred until the goods leave the warehouse. We can also offer use of our Temporary Admission account for pieces that are coming into the UK before they’re re-exported.

Finally, because we deal directly with the airlines we’re also able to issue our own air waybills (AWB).

At every stage of the process, we take a discreet, personal approach to transporting each one of your pieces.

Our in-house freight forwarding division is fully IATA registered. This gives you the convenience and peace of mind that comes with knowing that we're backed by the world's leading trade association for international airlines. Being IATA registered means that we're able to deal directly with the airlines who ship for us. This allows us to make substantial cost savings for you as well as ensuring a smooth logistics process for all of our clients

We can handle the delivery and installation of pieces direct to event booths at an exhibition, quickly and efficiently getting your exhibitors up and running.  

Our in-house customs management team meanwhile will support you with a simple and efficient service that takes all the pressure of managing the import and export of your pieces off of your hands – leaving you free to concentrate on running a great event. 

We also write the shipping manuals for many of the events we work with. For events in the UK, we provide a Temporary Admission account service, helping you with the paperwork you need to bring art pieces into the country for your event, with total or partial relief from import duty.

And because we have our own bonded storage facilities, we’re also able to help you to reduce your costs too – storing your pieces in this way means that duties are deferred until the goods leave the warehouse.
