All of our vacuum pouches are suitable for use with all chamber style vacuum machines, such as those displayed on our web site. The external vacuum packers must be used with the textured vacuum bags.
Our vacuum bags are 70 micron in thickness and manufactured from a combination of polythene and nylon, which gives them a very high moisture barrier. They are ideal for storing food items such as meat, fish, cheese, soups, sauces and dried food products as well as medical products and engineering components.
We can also offer custom bag sizes and up to 9 colour gravure printing (minimum order quantities apply (typically 50,000 printed and 20,000 custom size)).

Vacuum cooling achieves extremely rapid cooling of the product with a minimum of weight and flavour loss. Typically, 200kg of product can be cooled from 100 degrees centigrade to 5 degrees centigrade in as little as 20 minutes.
Examples of product that can be used in a vacuum cooling machine include: soups, vegetable, sauces, roasted meat, rice etc.
We also Blast Chillers of different sizes/capacities - from 3 to 16 trays with high ambient operating temperatures of up to 43 degrees centigrade. They offer a chilling cycle from 90 degrees centigrade to 3 degrees centigrade, and a freezing cycle of 90 degrees centigrade to -18 degrees centigrade.
