Gas corner keys for Thermobar and aluminium spacer bar are available in the full range of sizes and in various colours. Using gas corner keys is a convenient method of gas filling without needing to drill a hole through the spacer.

A range of Georgian bar and fittings for the production of Georgian style sealed units. Georgian bar comes in sizes 18x5mm, 18x8mm, 25x8mm, and 45x10mm. High quality steel spacer bar for specialist use in fire rated sealed units. Steel spacer bar can be incorporated in sealed unit manufacture using existing equipment with the addition of a specialist saw blade. Steel spacer is available in sizes 5.5mm to 19.5mm with a full range of corner keys to suit.

Thermobar is a premium quality warm edge spacer bar for use in the manufacture of insulated glass (IG) units. Thermobar is the preferred spacer bar for many sealed unit manufacturers due to its superior thermal conductivity values and handling properties. The spacer is manufactured using high performance engineering plastic and is well suited for corner bending on a bending machine. Staple fittings for Georgian window patterns can also be easily applied without the bar splitting or cracking. Other features of Thermobar include a gas/moisture barrier tape suitable for use with gas filled units, and tapered perforation holes to allow desiccant to breath and prevent dust ingress. A range of bespoke fittings are available including gas corner keys, gas plugs, gas collars, straight connectors, duplex centre keys and edge keys, and Thermobar Interbar centre keys and edge keys.

Thermoflex is a pre-desiccated flexible foam warm edge spacer. For use in insulated glass sealed unit (IGU) manufacturing, Thermoflex has many advantages including its superior thermal conductivity values, pre-applied adhesive side tape, and gas barrier tape for gas filled units. The spacer is manufactured with desiccant already integrated inside the foam, to virtually eliminate condensation inside the sealed unit. Thermoflex can be used on pre-existing sealed unit manufacturing equipment using foam spacer, so no costly investment in new machinery is required. Production methods using flexible spacer can reduce labour costs and waste of material during sealed unit manufacture.
