  Gas Density Transducers

Certification using Antech's UKAS Calibration Laboratory of gas density transducers in the range 0 to 400kg/m³ using nitrogen or argon gas. Additionally, for fiscal metering customers, we can produce a 'User gas' certificate for a gas of a known composition. High Static Differential Pressure

Certification using Antech's UKAS Calibration Laboratory of differential pressure transmitters with analogue or digital output. Maximum differential pressure: 10 bar, maximum line pressure: 400 bar. Atmospheric 'footprint' calibration is performed after high static calibration. Additional premises were necessary to house our liquid flow rigs and after an initial setup period Antech Calibration Services is now UKAS accredited.

Liquid Flow


Antech offer a calibration, repair and manufacturing service for orifice plates. Certification is to ISO5167-1:2003 and is issued by Antech's UKAS Calibration Laboratory. Our maximum plate size is 36" - there is no minimum size restriction. All measurements are recorded directly into a computer; a typical calibration contains a minimum of 160 individual measurements.

For calibration of orifice plates, pipeline diameter is required as this feature determines the tolerances of the orifice plate during the calibration process. The following form enables rapid delivery:
