SupplyDevon

We're SupplyDevon

SupplyDevon helps organisations buy better whilst supporting the local economy and reducing carbon emissions.

Funded by the government’s Sustainable Innovation Fund, we're helping suppliers in Devon recover from the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

By helping organisations across Devon to find local suppliers with no charge, we can do our part in reducing carbon emissions from the transport of goods across the country and wider world.

SupplyDevon is completely free to use for buyers and suppliers in Devon.

What do we do?

SupplyDevon is a regional procurement platform powered by Applegate, enabling local sourcing of goods and services.

SupplyDevon strives to provide a very simple and intuitive solution to sourcing locally and supporting the local community, as well as to help Devon reach its goal of being carbon neutral by 2030. The platform enables buyers to identify suppliers within their district or county and compare aspects such as localism, quality and price. The platform makes sourcing locally a centralised, quick and easy process.

Applegate has been the home of business buying for decades, creating value for buyers by sourcing quotes from a comprehensive range of suppliers, saving time and money. Using new cutting-edge development, SupplyDevon pulls on the knowledge and expertise of Applegate as well as newly developed artificial intelligence, taught to behave ethically.

Contact us

“SupplyDevon is an exciting new initiative that uses technology, developed here in Devon, to provide an efficient and invaluable route for businesses, and other organisations, to identify and source goods and services from new suppliers, supporting our local economy and reducing carbon emissions at the same time. It builds on an incredible record of success, using this technology, in getting vital supplies where they were needed during the Covid pandemic. I would encourage the businesses and other organisations across the county to explore how SupplyDevon can help them.”
