Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is an alloyed steel with a minimum of 10.5% steel content. The benefits of stainless are that it does not corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does. There are different types of stainless steel, depending on what is added. These include austenitic, superaustenitic, ferritic, martensitic, duplex steel and precipitation-hardening martensitic.
