Property Services

Property services encompasses all services in the administration of residential, commercial and/or industrial real estate. Often the services are offered by a Property Management Company who usually manage the property on behalf of the owner to either sell or rent. Property services are generally split into two markets, the rental and the for market. When it comes to rentals, property service companies can literally take over from the landlord, ensuring occupancy, rent collection and dealing with all the day-to-day issues. In terms of management properties that are for sale, this property service is, more often than not, handled by an Estate Agent (who can also deal with rentals). An Estate Agent is the person responsible for the management of one group of privately owned, all or mostly tenanted, properties under one ownership. People who use property services include those who are searching for a new home to rent or buy, as well as those with a home to rent out or sell (including those with multiple property portfolios, like property development companies).
