Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd (ALS) provides an efficient and economical contract labelling service, using unique, own-designed labelling machines, for flat products e.g. pre-erected cartons, sleeves, envelopes, inserts and cards. We provide a fast turn-around with discretion and confidentiality assured.  Our labellers are fitted with inspection equipment, giving you peace of mind that all completed products have been labelled correctly and within specification.

Corrections: Over-label any printing errors and save money. With high-accuracy placement and using labels with black-out permanent adhesive, no-one will ever know what lies beneath!

Security Tagging: We have extensive experience applying all types of tags, elements and inlays; Acousto-Magnetic (AM), Electro-Magnetic (EM), Radio Frequency (RF), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). All our labellers are equipped with anti-static removal, to ensure safe application.

Promotions: Rather than turn down work just because you don’t have the right labelling equipment, let us do it for you! This includes multi-panel, extended text and booklet labels.

Fragrance Sampling Cards: Perfumes, scents and odours can be experienced by your customers by using scent-matched labels containing embedded gels and powders, allowing them to try before they buy.

New Legislation: Need to apply braille labels, holograms or warning symbols due to changes in packaging legislation? Instead of discarding old cartons or sleeves we can over-label your remaining stock and you get compliant quicker.

The key to good label application and good label printing is to use good quality consumables. It sounds like common sense but sometimes it can be hard to tell good from bad. After all, one white paper label looks just like another, so they must be the same, right? Wrong!!! All too often, what customers believe to be machine or printer problems, are in fact down to poorly manufactured, or mis-matched labels and ribbons. It is true you tend to get what you pay for and buying cheap ribbons or labels can ruin your thermal print heads and cause snapping or tearing at the dispensing edge, which stops production.

Over The Phone: Our workshop technicians have direct access to all records, pictures and drawings relating to your specific system, to provide quick answers.  With their years of experience, many problems can be sorted quickly over the phone.

Field Service Engineers:  Our engineers are based up and down the UK, carrying extensive stocks of most parts, to enable a first-time fix, machine service or additional training.

Spare Parts: An extensive stock of spare parts is held in our UK warehouse and orders received before 4pm are despatched the same day for next-day delivery.

All equipment from Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd comes with our fully comprehensive 2-year parts and labour warranty.  In the UK this also includes travel and labour time on-site.  We have our own fully qualified, regionally-based service and support engineers throughout the UK. This enables us to give fast response times and usually a first-time fix on-site. Our engineers’ vehicles are fully stocked with spare parts so they can usually resolve any issues on-site; this keeps your systems working at their optimum production capacity.
