    Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd (ALS) produce bottle labelling machines to suit a wide range of sizes and throughput requirements.  Bottle labelling requires high accuracy of placement and generally can be of two main types; namely wrap-around labelling or front & back applications.  For bottle labelling machines to be successful, they need to ensure labels are applied straight, to avoid skewing.  A semi-automatic, manual bottle labeller, mounted on a bench, could handle 20-30 per minute depending on the operator, whereas automatic in-line bottle labelling systems can achieve 100-200 per minute depending on size and then high-speed rotary labellers can exceed to 500 per minute.

    Cover-up with Block-Out Adhesive
    Labels with a nice bright white face top but with a dark permanent adhesive which covers up anything it is applied to.  Great for correctional over-labelling, suitable for thermal transfer printing or we can print with the artwork of your choice.  Strong adhesive prevents label being removed or picked off easily.
