Our Machine Safety Fencing is powder coated in standard Black RAL 9005 but we can powder coat to any RAL colour to customer’s requirements.

We offer a full Installation service on all our products.

As well as the standard modular safety fencing and machine guarding systems, Billington Safety Systems can also design and manufacture bespoke guarding and guarding enclosures to go around most types of machines.

The guards are specifically designed to the machine, access required by the operators to the machine and to the customer’s own requirements , these can be manufactured in either mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium profile or polycarbonate.

Sound reduction panelling and insulation can be designed into the project for noise reduction on certain parts of the machine. When enclosing the machines in there needs to be the relevant air flow to allow the machine to cool down and not over heat, the enclosures can be fitted with ducting holes so that if can be connected to extraction systems.
